Mental Welfare at the Kolts

The Australian Bureau of Statistics (2020-2021) state over 2 in 5 people aged 16-85 years will experience a mental health disorder in their lifetime and unfortunately younger adolescents and children are not immune.

The Kolts recognise the important role community sport plays in the wellbeing of young people and want to ensure everyone has access to appropriate, timely and effective support.
